cherished or brand new, we invite you to celebrate with dinner for two, a three-course pre-fixe paired
with your choice of local wine or beer.
Whet your appetite and warm your soul with white bean and kale soup, subtle yet hearty. Choose from
two delectable entrées: seared filet mignon with a rich demi glace, or buttery Verlasso salmon, both
served with mashed potatoes and creamy collard greens. Then indulge in a decadent flourless chocolate
cake with roasted hazelnuts and salted caramel topped with a cinnamon cream.
It’s elevated fare with an approachable flare — a Southern twist on steakhouse standards.
As always, James Anderson is your host and guiding hand. The evening’s affair is also a collaboration
between Chef Charlie Umland and Sous Aric DeAngelis, familiar faces in the Central Ohio food scene.
Umland’s kitchen precision echoes his keen interest in film and philosophy, composing each dish with the
eye of an artist and depth of a poet. DeAngelis draws from inspiration closer to home, with his notable
tenure at Newark’s 1922 on the Square lending fresh credibility to refined comfort food.
The dining experience is intimate, and limited. So don’t wait.
