Quiz Dates! ® is a fun trivia event for SINGLES, where players compete for glory, prizes, friendship, and possible romance! We have combined elements of a traditional pub trivia night with speed dating to offer an exciting and innovative way to meet new people. All the girls get to meet all the guys, and you can follow up when the event is over to connect with the people you matched with on the night.
Whether you have a brain for movies, are a savant for tech or sports facts, or can recognize songs by just the opening notes, our questions contain something for everyone. (Don't worry! The questions are not designed to stump! Also, since it's a team-based activity, nobody is put on the spot!)
VENUE: Hotel Zeppelin, 545 Post St. San Francisco, CA 94102
DAY: Friday, February 14, 2020 (Valentine's Day)
TIME: 7:00- 9:00pm. Quizzing starts at 7:00 pm, so please arrive between 6:30 pm and 6:45 pm for seating assignment. The event will be held downstairs in The Den. (Food and drinks (full bar, wine, beer, and soft drinks) are available for purchase at the venue.)
TICKETS: $25 per person if you register by FEBRUARY 7. $30 after FEBRUARY 7 and for same day registration/walk-ins (space permitting). You may register for a total of up THREE people to form your own team of trivia singles! If you register solo (most people do), we will team you up with other smarties at the event.
IMPORTANTLY, we mix up the teams throughout the night (the girls remain seated at the same table all night, and the guys move around the room from table to table) so that all the girls and guys have a chance to meet. Our format offers a great way to establish connections in a non-awkward environment! By the end of the night we will have crowned our TRIVIA CHAMPIONS! and hopefully you will have scored on the date front. Feel free to grab a celebratory drink upstairs at Rambler Bar with the other participants to talk about the fun questions in our quiz, and make sure you hand in your Quiz Match Card if you are interested in seeing any of the participants again. If you choose someone and they also chose you - it's a match. We will connect you both. You take it from there!
PRIZES: We have fun giveaways throughout the night, such as drinks, wine openers, key chains, bottle openers and Brainstormer socks, plus prizes for the top-scoring men's and women's teams! ADDITIONALLY, one lucky winner, chosen at random from all participants, will receive one FREE NIGHT'S stay at Hotel Zeppelin to use at a future date (restrictions may apply)!
CANCELLATION POLICY: Please confirm the event date and time are correct before making your purchase. All sales are final. Once you make the booking by purchasing a ticket no refunds or reschedules are offered. No refund or credit of any sort will be provided in case of your cancellation or no-show. However, if the Event is cancelled by Brainstormer, a full refund will be offered to you.
