Is there a cancellation fee?

Due to the nature of our events, cancellations have a detrimental on the experience of other participants, ANY cancellations that occur within 3 HOURS of the event start time will result in a $50 fee and the potential for a permanent ban. We kindly ask you give us enough heads up to fill your spot.

What's your refund policy?

All Sales Final: We do not provide refunds. Cancellations are non-refundable. No exceptions.

How long does an event last?

The average length of a Luvvly Dating event is about 2 hours.

How many dates will I meet?

Luvvly events consistently book out in advance with full waitlists, guaranteeing 6-9 dates. In the case the turnout is lower than 6 dates, which almost never happens, we’ll offer a partial credit for the inconvenience.

How does matching work? When will I get my results?

Once you've met all of your dates, your remote host will send you a match form to fill out. Match results will be sent via text within 24 hours of the event. You’ll get results even if you did not have any mutual matches.

Are you partnered with your venues?

We carefully choose and partner with our favorite local venues. While venue staff does not run or oversee our events, we’re in close communication together so they’re always in the loop.

What happens if there is an uneven ratio of participants?

We implement break rounds. It’s a short time slot to grab an extra drink, use the bathroom or just catch your breath. Think of it as an intermission!

I can’t find my date. What should I do?

Don’t fret! We’ll help you track them down, but your date is probably grabbing a drink or using the restroom. In the scenario your date has left, that ‘round’ will simply be a break for you.

I wasn’t able to get a match.

This is a normal part of dating. The goal isn’t to match with everyone, but rather the right ones. Plenty of our participants have a great time simply connecting with new folks whether or not they get a match every time.

Will there be breaks?

Yes! You’ll have a couple minutes between each date to find your next date, as well as a short intermission breather for everyone mid event if you have over 6 dates.

Is there a dress code?

Feel free to wear whatever makes you feel your best. We’re all about creating a relaxed dating experience. Think of it as a casual first date over a cup of coffee.

Which number should I text?

On the day of your event, your remote host will text you to the number you registered with. Please double check that your number is correct when registering. If you have any questions prior to the event or do not hear from your remote host on the day of, please email us at seattle@luvvlydating.

MEDIA CONSENT AND RELEASE NOTICE

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that the event may be photographed and/or filmed. Your attendance serves as consent for the use of any photographs and videos taken at the event in marketing and promotional materials, without any personal identifying information being used.

There's no host, reserved seating, or obvious signs of an 'event'.

Instead, show up and follow personalized notifications sent to your phone guiding you through a mix of first dates!

The Meet-Cute: You get to find each other!
Each date is about 10 mins.
